Overview

By using naturecreature.net, purchasing products, or enrolling in a membership, you agree to the following terms.

Merchandise and Returns

All physical merchandise is custom-printed on demand through our partner, Printify. Because items are created specifically for you when you order, they are exempt from the standard EU 14-day Right of Withdrawal. All sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for buyer’s remorse or sizing issues.

If an item arrives defective, damaged, or there is a manufacturing error, please contact me at chuck@naturecreature.net within 14 days of delivery with photos of the issue, and we will gladly arrange a free replacement.

International Shipping, Customs, and VAT

We currently ship to the United States and the European Union. For orders shipped to the EU, we do not collect Value-Added Tax (VAT) or import duties at checkout. You, the customer, are considered the importer of record and are solely responsible for paying any customs fees, import duties, or VAT levied by your local government or postal service upon delivery.

Memberships and Digital Products

When you purchase a membership, you are billed automatically according to the tier you selected (e.g., monthly or annually) via Stripe.

Refunds: Due to the downloadable and immediately accessible nature of our digital content, we do not offer refunds or prorated refunds for membership fees or digital product purchases.

Cancellations: You can cancel your membership at any time through your account dashboard. Your access will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle.

Intellectual Property

All written content, audiobooks, and media on this site belong to us. Purchasing a membership or digital product grants you a limited, non-exclusive license to access the content for your own personal use. You may not download, copy, distribute, or resell any of our content without explicit written permission.

Governing Laws

These terms and any disputes arising from your use of the site are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
