About Me

Hello, my name is Chuck Swindoll, Jr., welcome to my website.

My lovely wife Jeni and I have been married for 33 years, and we have 2 children, Noah and Jessica, who left our nest some time ago. We have lived a simple life here in the Pacific Northwest for 13 years since I abandoned religion, the church, and Christianity in 2013, after 15 years of Christian ministry service alongside my father, Chuck Swindoll. I am non-religious, and not an atheist.

Here at my website you will find a collection of my efforts to encourage the Great Awakening—the underlying ethos of my life now. I create materials and lectures whose thesis is consciousness expansion, and self-development utilizing psychological judo. My hero’s are Alan Watts, Terence McKenna, and Joseph Campbell as my work is saturated in their knowledge. The theme of my writings, and inspiration for my lectures constellate the incredible legacy of those scholars. Here you will be challenged in the realms of identity, awareness, self-responsibility, and the intangibles.

I hope you enjoy your stay, and are both encouraged and challenged by the materials I have developed over many years of writing and lecturing. I love each and every one of you, and it is the inspiration of my life to share with you all I have learned being a husband and father, beating cancer, leaving religion, and finding my own way. My lessons of suffering are a gift for you, friend; learn from my mistakes, so you don’t fall into the traps of attraction, assumption, and assurance that I did for 40 years.

“This world, with all its ills, with all its sorrows, with all its horrors, with all its stupidities, IS the golden lotus world right now as it is, and if you cannot see it as such, this is not the world’s fault. What must be corrected is not the world, but your perspective of it.”
