Thank you for stopping by! I am glad you are here. 

It is my honor to invite you to my new website. NatureCreature.net is an organic, unplanned collaboration of efforts between myself and Pete, the web designer and developer of NatureCreature.net. I almost met Pete when he reached out to me with a video in January of 2026, to say hello, and that he and his wife had appreciated my work for years. I was unable to watch the video at the time, because I am a web technology imbecile, and it was only because Pete was moved to again reach to me a couple months later, that I finally saw his video. He thanked me for my ethos and efforts, and offered to program, and develop my website on his own time. It is because Pete persisted to compassionately reach to me to help, that this website is here today. 

To set sail then, I want to first offer an enormous thank you to Jedi Master Pete, who has volunteered, even contributed his own money, to lift this beautiful website to fruition. It is nothing short of a miracle that a man of Pete’s caliber, class, and compassion, has volunteered his own time to organize and develop my efforts from purely a spirit of love, appreciation, and the greater cause. It is from that space this website has spawned. Pete is in touch with what Joseph Campbell called, “An intrinsic nobility of nature”—as we studied week 24 in Zen—a virtuous and completely self-less Being—the highest form of the human expression on this planet. No amount of money or thanks could ever repay what Pete has done for us. Thank you Pete, for installing a tall mast and vast sail for the Nature Creature ship. We can now sail anywhere in the world to render this place of love, acceptance, tolerance, challenge, growth, and healthy living.

It is my hope this site will be a place of challenge, compassion, reason, and practical thinking to integrate into your life. That means waves of heresy and challenge will run deep here, so be prepared to experience difficult to navigate oceans of thought and depths of reality. I set a fearless tack directly windward, and this encourages growth through compassionate difficulty and relevant reason. The seas of experiential learning are like Nature, they are relentless, ruthless, and remorseless, so the only way through is head down, full send. This is the posture and level of impetus you will find at NatureCreature.net. 

The true value of life is novel. It is handed to nobody, and is not for the passive, obedient, or complacent. You must experience it for yourself on your own unique journey, and the telos of Nature Creature is to help in your preparations for that journey. This will naturally develop your perspective and subsequent release without your having to try—assets for any journeyman. Responsibility is not realized through trying, osmosis, or prayer, it is realized through curiosity, motivation, and participation, and my hope is to inspire you to those means at NatureCreature.net.

We are societal castaways, but we are not lost. Enjoy your stay and our continuing voyage, but keep in mind, there is no destination to where we are headed, and there is no guarantee of safe travel to nowhere. You will risk to voyage on this ship. So gird your mental loins sailor, for they will be tested. Here, your mind will be set alight without any assurance for full recovery. Some lessons will cost you your life, but wisdom is the gift of surviving them. Understand, this isn’t a pleasure cruise, we aren’t headed for Gilligan’s Island, I’m not Captain Stubing, and this isn’t the Love Boat! We certainly don’t take our situation seriously, but we most certainly are sincere about it. Wind is friend and foe to the sailor. 

I will accord the storms and set the ship’s vector, and the rest will be up to you.
